Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify — including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it's placed?
Email us at info@finesseresponsibly.com with your order number as the subject line as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it happen. Since orders are processed the next business day, time is tight — so don't wait on it.
Products & Sizing
How does FR clothing fit?
Our pieces are true to size. If something looks oversized, that's intentional — it's part of the fit. Check the product description for any specific notes on a piece.
What materials are the products made from?
All FR pieces are made from 100% cotton.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Occasionally, yes. But don't count on it — when it's gone, it's usually gone. Follow us on socials to stay up to date on drops and restocks.
Exchanges & Returns
How do I start an exchange?
Email us at info@finesseresponsibly.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
How long does an exchange take once you receive my item?
Once we receive your return, exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll hear from us as soon as it's sorted.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at info@finesseresponsibly.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement straight away.

1. Our Policy
All sales at Finesse Responsibly are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached
- The item is not a sale or heavily discounted item — these are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must still be unworn with tags attached to be considered
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to the sender.
3. What You Can Exchange For
Upon approval of your exchange, you may choose either:
- A replacement item (different size or color of the same product, subject to availability)
- Store credit for the value of the item, valid toward a future purchase
4. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, email us at info@finesseresponsibly.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
- Your preference — replacement item or store credit
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Do not send items back without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping
Finesse Responsibly covers the cost of return shipping on all approved exchanges. A prepaid FedEx return label will be emailed to you once your exchange is approved.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@finesseresponsibly.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
7. Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are not automatically eligible for exchange. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To inquire, email info@finesseresponsibly.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached to be considered.

1. Overview
This website is operated by Finesse Responsibly. By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us consent to allow any of your dependents to use this site.
3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors and details may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout. Finesse Responsibly reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. You will always be charged the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
5. Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Finesse Responsibly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Finesse Responsibly will cover the cost of return shipping on approved exchanges

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final outside of the exchange window and conditions described above.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, graphics, text, photos, and branding — is the property of Finesse Responsibly and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Finesse Responsibly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
